I'm taking one day at time.
Family time, cooking, exercising, traveling, dancing.
The best piece of advice, is actually something my son said. He said we believe that our company is going to be a major success so there's no need to worry about what anyone else is doing. We have to walk our own path. I would give the same advice to anyone else, and always use quality ingredients and offer the best customer service.
No, we wouldn't change anything, any mistakes or trials that we have come across has made us better entrepreneurs and has made our company stronger.
Approximately 30 hours a week.
Not only bring goodies, but they actually want to come to our home because they enjoy all my food.
Our workspace is different depending on who is working. My son likes to sing and dance to loud music while he's working. My husband likes peace and quiet and I myself like to listen to jazz while working.
My family loves anything with tropical weather and turquoise ocean water.
Butter and Pure Vanilla favoring.
When we decide to offer a new item, it typically takes around 2 to 3 weeks to create and perfect a dessert, as far as the process we cannot tell you that - LOL.
Firstly, how my family and I stepped out on faith and seeing how God opens doors for us. Secondly, would be the wonderful customers. Often customers request specific items and flavors. For example, a request for a Rhubarb pie, which was not initially on the menu, has quickly become one of our top sellers.
We love the professionalism of the staff in the office as well as the market managers. Also each market is set-up in first‑class style (nice and clean).

Heavenly is the adjective most commonly used to describe our Cobblers. We all agreed, it only
seemed fitting to name the business "SHARON'S HEAVENLY COBBLER".
Along with the vision and plan, I was inspired to start the business by several gentle nudges when friends and family would comment while eating my peach cobbler. As a family we often discussed starting a business and knew whatever we decided to do, we planned to do as a family. We were just waiting for the right timing and opportunity.
We started our business in 2014. After receiving a God given vision and plan of how to proceed with the business, we decided it was time to move forward with the vision and turn it into a reality.
Yes, Los Angeles California is our hometown. If opportunity presented itself our favorite destination vacation spot "The Caribbean" would be pretty difficult to resist relocating to. Of course factoring in the opportunity of continuing our business with expectations of expansion and growth.
Our family business was birth as a result of my family members and friends encouraging me by saying "YOU NEED TO SELL THIS COBBLER, IT'S HEAVENLY". I was told this constantly, the cobbler would become the main conversation of any parties and gatherings. In 2013, I received a revelation of how I could sell my cobbler and maintain my job of over 20 years, I shared my revelation with my husband Carl and my son Steven Chris, so off we went with the revelation. We quickly discovered that everyone was correct. I got the same response from strangers that I had been receiving for family and friends for over 30 years.
I was born in Chicago, Illinois. At the age of 3, our family relocated to Los Angeles. I'm the middle daughter of 3 girls. Family members often tell me stories of me standing on a kitchen chair cooking breakfast for my siblings. I also noticed at young age people really enjoyed my cooking and would say "you put so much love in your cooking". So of course, I found myself liking to please people with my cooking. I've been making cobblers for more than 30 years for my family, friends and co-workers.
Doing well today excited about the opportunity to be interviewed by Raw Inspiration.
